Our Story

I, José Luis Flores, born on December 17, 1991, in Zulia, Venezuela, discovered my passion for cooking at a very young age. Gastronomy wasn't simply a professional choice, but a true life path that has defined who I am.

My culinary journey has taken me through different cities and countries, where I've had the privilege of learning from great masters of cuisine. Each place has contributed a new perspective, and each kitchen has left an indelible mark on my understanding of gastronomy.
